<p>Our own modern production facilities, combined with our manufacturing know-how and years of experience constitute the basis for the high quality of our products.</p> Precise winding of the inductor coils forms the basis for the manufacture of high-quality inductive sensors. <p>Our extremely well-qualified specialist personnel ensure outstanding product quality.</p> <p>The electronic parts of the sensor are installed in a fibreglass reinforced plastic housing and thereby securely protected against environmental influences.</p> <p>Each product is tested in accordance with the basic test regulations. The individual serial number is engraved on the sensor.</p> <p>Ultrasound cleaning ensures clean components during production.</p> <p>In order to withstand adverse environmental influences such as vibrations, dust, moisture, cold or heat, sensors must be cast perfectly.</p> <p>Here it is important that the casting material adheres to the surfaces of the components perfectly. In addition, the hollows in the housing are treated with plasma immediately before casting.</p> <p>The in-depth cleaning and activation of the surface using plasma ensures that the casting material bonds firmly to the housing. The plasma treatment does not impair the function of electronic components.</p> <p>During pre-assembly on Frauscher's premises, all screw connections are made using a calibrated assembly tool.</p> <p>An Automated Function Test is a significant part of the manufacturing process.</p>
