Metros / Trams
In the case of metros, trams and elevated railways, maintenance or expansion work must be carried out with as little disruption to the timetable as possible, whilst maintaining a high level of safety. As Frauscher does not mount any electronic components close to the track as a matter of principle, maintenance and calibration take place outside the hazardous area. If wheel sensors have to be fitted at a later date or replaced, they can be secured in minutes using the patented rail claw for grooved rails and connected via the reliable plug-in connection.
