All processes and procedures that form part of product development comply with the CENELEC standards: CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129 and EN 50159. Within the company, the independent “product safety” department ensures that these standards are maintained. In our own production facility, workstations equipped with the very latest technology ensure high quality and therefore high availability. <p>In the development phase of a product, all tests stipulated in accordance with the CENELEC standards must be carried out.</p> <p>As part of the manufacturing process, the sensors are tested across the entire temperature range in which they will be used.</p> <p>Multiple test cells are used to carry out the time-consuming climate tests.</p> <p>Accurate goods entry checks ensure that only flawless material is used in the manufacturing process. </p> <p>A computer-aided check guarantees that all measurement values are within the defined measurement range for all products we deliver.</p> <p>Connector sockets that are not required are covered so as to be dust-tight, so that the contacts function perfectly if used subsequently.</p> <p>The board racks manufactured for the specific projects are tested individually.</p> <p>Fitting additional components at a later date or expanding the board racks is a simple process.</p> <p>The cabling in the switch cabinet is checked extremely carefully in the factory, and recorded in a protocol.</p>
