Your main roles and responsibilities

• Develop technical product training in an innovative and interactive way
• Create a practical learning environment for both online and in-person training sessions
• Analyse requirements and design training materials tailored to the respective target audience
• Collaborate with other teams to create digital content
• Work closely with Frauscher locations and trainers from around the world and contribute to the implementation of global Academy projects
• Transform customer feedback into optimziations

• you have completed a technical education
• you are passionate about technically challenging topics and have a talent for explaining them in an understandable way
• you are interested in exploring various learning technologies
• you are a team player who enjoys working in a global environment and with teams across multiple locations
• you enjoy speaking in front of people
• you have strong languae skills in both German and English
