Your main roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives and targets
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and content marketing and events
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, engaging content, and community management to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product announcements
- Track on marketing campaign performance, providing regular updates to management
- Coordinate with the global marketing team, external vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other collateral
- Support the organisation of events, trade shows and Frauscher Tech Roadshows to promote the brand and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively suggest new marketing ideas and strategies
- Work cross-functionally with sales, technical sales and engineering to ensure alignment
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform marketing strategies
You are just right for this role if
- You have proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or similar in marketing, business or a related field
- You have strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- You have experience with digital marketing, social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation
- You are profecient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure and track campaign performance
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent and you have the ability to work well in a team
- You have creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- You have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- You have knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques is a plus
- It is no problem for you to travel regularly in UK for events
