Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Be the main technical contact person for customer projects with our cloud-based Frauscher Insights platform and related IoT solutions

  • Coordinate projects and keep track of technical requirements

  • Manage our globally deployed IoT components and further develop installation and maintenance processes, as well as tools

  • Work together with our Dev and DevOps team on monitoring applications and edge devices

  • Collect requirements and develop new features for our platform together with our product owners 

  • Conduct root cause analyses and provide 3rd level support to your customer service colleagues and our customers

 

 

You are just right for this role if

  • you have experience as a software developer, DevOps, system or network administrator

  • you have a strong interest in IoT devices and network components, as well as cloud development

  • you enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and countries and it is easy for you to communicate in English, both written and spoken

  • you like to work in a service-oriented manner and to actively contribute to the development of a new service unit

  • your analytical skills help you to critically question requirements

  • you are solution-oriented, pragmatic and able to drive projects and development topics forward independently

  • flexibility and the willingness for international business trips (up to max. 10 %) are no difficulty for you
