Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Be the central contact for customers from all over the world and support them in the maintenance of our products, on site or virtually
  • Advise customers on the entire product and service portfolio and answer technical questions
  • Get creative and realise your ideas for digitalisation in your work environment as a Customer Service Engineer
  • Use and develop the latest digital tool environment
  • Analyse and process data from the field to constantly improve the quality of your work
  • Be part of a motivated team and work together with colleagues from different countries and cultures

You are just right for this role if

  • you would like to make an important contribution to the safety of one of the most environmentally friendly means of transport - the railways
  • you have completed a technical education (HTL / FH / Uni) and at best already have some experience
  • you are fascinated by new media and digital tools
  • you find it easy to communicate in German and English
  • you are eager to get to know and travel to other countries
