Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Take care of the monthly payroll accounting
  • Coordinate and process all business cases from the entry to the exit of our employees
  • Supervise our time recording system and personnel administration including master data management
  • Create periodic evaluations and reports
  • Act as an important contact person for employees and managers in matters of labour, social security and payroll tax law
  • Actively participate in HR projects on payroll-related topics

You are just right for this this role if

  • you have completed a commercial education (apprenticeship, HAK/HLW, university) including relevant work experience
  • you have already successfully passed the personnel accounting examination (WIFI or similar)
  • you have a profound knowledge of labour, tax and social security law and may already have worked with BMD/NTCS
  • Team spirit, empathy and strong communication skills are as important to you as they are to us
  • you distinguish yourself through your independent, service-oriented and accurate way of working
  • you enjoy communicating in English
