The Role

We are keen to recruit an outgoing and confident Sales Support Executive to support the Head of Sales and Key Accounts and to help manage the everyday administrative tasks of the department, as well as assist in the development and account management of new and current customers. The successful applicant will ultimately play a vital and significant role in the growth of Frauscher in the UK and Ireland.

Your main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Help manage and maintain the Frauscher UK & Ireland CRM system
  • Assist in the organising of customer appointments
  • Share Frauscher UK forecast meetings and assist with reporting where necessary
  • Interface with Finance and Engineering departments as required
  • Liaise with Order Processing in both the UK and Frauscher Austria as needed
  • Follow up quotes and update the company CRM system on project progress
  • Check and review customer specific tender portals for new project opportunities
  • Assist in customer marketing strategies
  • Attend customer meetings and events where necessary

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Previous sales / office administration experience is desirable
  • Confident IT skills (i.e. Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with a CRM system would be preferred
  • Experience in working in a fast paced and customer service-related background
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Strong attention to detail / accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to perform with little instruction and be proactive and flexible to meet the needs of the business, as it develops and grows
  • Excellent communicaiton skills
  • Strong and professional telephone manor
  • Well organized and able to prioritise a weekly workload, in line with business priorities
  • Confident and pro-active with a can-do attitude and good team player
  • Ability to build relationships both externally and internally
