Flexible Working Hours

Different working time models without core time ensure plenty of flexibility. Comp time or days off can easily be coordinated with your team.

Further Training

We’ve got a generous budget for company internal and external training. If you like, you can opt for a Bildungsteilzeit (part-time job for pursuing some form of further education).

Family Support

Since September 2019, “LOKOCare” offers free, year-round childcare services right on our premises.

Free lunch

Free lunch is served for all our employees during work week. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fruit are provided around the clock.

Every employee receives an iPhone for professional as well as private use.
