Everything you have learned is only worth half as much if you aren’t putting it into practice. That’s why we focus on practical training and education. Alongside a diverse range of training options, we offer holiday internships and work experience placements as well as a trainee programme of ten to twelve months. You can also write your thesis at our company.

Graduates of technical schools can complete a 10-to-12-month trainee programme with us. During this time, you work in various departments of the company: production and supply chain, research and development as well as sales. This gives you the necessary experience to – in the long run – take on tasks requiring a high level of responsibility.
