National Highway Rail Grade Crossing Safety Conference

Add to calendar

The National Highway Rail Grade Crossing Safety Conference offers an exciting opportunity to learn about everything new regarding this important rail safety application. Frauscher welcomes its inclusion in this fact-filled and thought-provoking event!

What to expect

During the event, representatives from Frauscher will be on hand to discuss how our robust axle counting solutions can be added to grade crossing warning systems to further increase reliability and safety of railway operations. Make sure to visit our table in the main conference room for more details about this technology.

Furthermore, our experts will feature and display our vital axle counter, the Frauscher Advanced Counter FAdC and Wheel Sensor RSR180. The axle counting system can be used as an overlay to existing track circuits, commonly utilised to supplement the island and approach track sections. This provides further protection of the crossing, particularly in situations where flooding, snow, ice, road salt, electromagnetic interferences or other detrimental conditions are present, which can cause shunt issues that negatively impact track circuit reliability. Additionally, the Frauscher Advanced Counter FAdC can interface in a vital manner to any existing crossing controller.

We look forward to discussing our capabilities further, so please stop by!

Location
The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter
