Product Marketing & CX Expert (Focus on Digital products & Services)

Your main roles and responsibilities

• Messaging & Positioning: Develop and maintain consistent messaging, personas, and positioning across marketing, product, and sales teams 

• Go-to-Market Coordination: Manage global go-to-market activities  

• Content Creation: Develop product- and service related content for each stage of the funnel and customer marketing campaigns 

• Sales Enablement: Assure marketing materials that empower sales teams to effectively communicate product value propositions

• End-to-end (Digital) Customer Journey: Analyze, map, and optimize (digital) customer experiences 

You are just right for this role if

• you have proven experience in product marketing for digital products, services, and SaaS solutions 

• you are already experienced in Persona Design & developing personalized journeys 

• you posess a profound background in Customer Engagement & Community Building 

• you ideally already have experience in Customer Experience, CX Tools & Processes, Customer Journey Mapping and/or Persona Design   

• you have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly with product management/product owners, sales and external partners
