Your main roles and responsibilities
- Provide advice and support in all legal matters, especially in corporate, commercial and contract law as well as in the area of mergers and acquisitions
- Draft and manage international contracts with and between our subsidiaries worldwide
- You are responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing various contracts in the Austrian companies +
- You keep an eye on legal changes and support the company in their implementation
You are just right for this role if
- you are completing / have completed legal training specialising in business law
- ideally you have already gained some work experience in the legal department of a company or in a law firm
- you have a good command of written and spoken English
- team spirit and reliability are just as important to you as they are to us
- a structured, independent and discreet way of working is exactly what you are looking for
- you enjoy interacting with colleagues from all areas of the company and appreciate a varied field of activity
- you enjoy further training and would like to take on responsibility after comprehensive training
