Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor and further develop the quality management system
  • Support all areas of the company in implementing the requirements of ISO 9001 and the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS)
  • Work together with the QEHS team on synergies and optimisations for the integrated management system
  • Plan and conduct internal audits and process assessments
  • Coordinate audits with customers and certification authorities
  • Supervise the reporting of key figures and the continuous improvement process

 

You are just right for this role if

  • you would like to make an important contribution to the quality and safety of rail transport
  • you have several years of experience in the implementation of ISO 9001 and have completed a technical education
  • ideally you have experience with the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) and other IMS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001,...)
  • you enjoy implementing normative requirements appropriately and sensibly for the organisation
  • you always approach work in a structured, independant and reliable manner
  • you find it easy to communicate in German and English in an international environment
