The Company History of Frauscher
When Josef Frauscher founded Frauscher Sensortechnik GmbH in 1987, an innovative business idea was initiated. What followed were several decades of successful sensor development. Since 2010, international expansion was one of the primary items on the company’s agenda. Since 2019, Frauscher is part of the Delachaux Group.
Responsible for the company’s success – both then and now: pioneering spirit, a generous amount of passion for technological innovation and lots of bright ideas. It’s this highly productive combination that makes Frauscher what it is today.
The Company History of Frauscher India
The success story of Frauscher India and its journey to becoming a market leader in wheel sensors and axle counters started 10 years ago with the opening of the corporate office located in Bengaluru. Since then, much has happened: A local production site has been established in Mysuru in 2014 and the local workforce has been growing to more than 120 employees.
