Global Event & Communication Specialist

Your main roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage communication projects from implementation to performance evaluation, you also coordinate all operational activities with international locations
  • Organize external events worldwide, including time, budget, and resource planning, tenders, contract management, and performance measurement based on defined KPIs
  • Develop presentation concepts and communication materials in line with the brand strategy
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and external agencies and service providers to implement communication and event initiatives
  • Design target-group-specific experiences for active customer engagement, lead generation, and follow-up+
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize marketing and communication processes (e.g., content creation, personalization, campaign optimization, and automation)

 

You are just right for this role if:

  • you have completed an apprenticeship or degree in international marketing, event management, or communications
  • you already have professional experience organizing and executing trade shows and events
  • you’re confident in budget planning, performance measurement and KPIs
  • you want to drive the development of event and trade show concepts in collaboration with agencies and trade show builders
  • you are passionate about project management
  • you have an interest in and understanding of the use of AI tools and trends in the marketing field
  • you are an organized individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • you are willing to travel approximately 10–20% of the time
