Your main roles and responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process from developing suitable search strategies to preparing offers

• Actively advise managers on job profiles, search channels, selection processes, etc.

• Find and inspire talent that matches our cultural fit

• Support applicants as a reliable contact person throughout their entire candidate experience journey

• Play an active role in the strategic direction of recruiting and employer branding

• Support the conceptualization, development and implementation of various HR projects

• Present our company as an attractive employer at career fairs and events

You are just right for this role if

• you have a degree in a relevant subject (business, HR management, etc.) or a high school diploma with professional experience

• you have a proactive personality with a high level of commitment and drive

• you enjoy finding interesting personalities and talents for exciting professional challenges

• you find it easy to communicate business fluently in English and German
